　　Huiyuan Mining and Mineral Inc., sponsored by HuiYuan Group Co., Ltd., is specialized in the manufacture of silicon metal, also engaged in mineral products business. It has the following factories, NanTian Silicon Mining Factory in XingHuang, Hunan Province, Sheng Da Silicon Mining Factory in Aba, Sichuan Province and Zhong Xing Silicon factory in LeShan, Sichuan Province. The main products manufactured in our factories are 553#, 441#, 3305#, 3303# and 2202#, and the production capability are all about to 1800 tons per month. At present, a hydraulic power station and 8 sets of 6300KVA melting furnace are now under construction in Jinchuan, Sichuan Province, where has about 2 million tons high quality silicon ore. It is going to be integrated enterprise with mining, electric power and smelting.
　　Huiyuan Mining and Mineral Inc., also has good relationship with other silicon factories nation wide, especially in YunNan and Inner Mongolia. Silicon metal, the main product, is manufactured strictly subject to international standard and client’s requirement. It was not only provided to clients in domestic markets, but also to overseas markets such as Japan, India, Canada, Russian etc. The traded volume is about 30 thousand tons a year, 1/3 of which sales in domestic market and 2/3 export overseas. The products value exported to oversea per year is all about to 20million dollars.
　　The factories that are totally held or share held by HuiYuan Group Co. Ltd. or Kinglia Mining and Mineral Inc. are listed as below:
　　1. Sheng Da Silicon Mining Factory, located in WenChuan, Sichuan province, been set up 2 be sets of 6300KVA melting furnaces with production capability of 700 ton per month.
　　2. Zhong Xing Silicon Mining Factory, located in LeShan, Sichuan province, been set up 2 sets of 6300KVA melting furnaces with production capability of 700 ton per month.
　　3. Xing Huang Silicon Mining Factory, located in HuNan Province, been set up 2 sets of 6300KVA melting furnaces with production capability of 700 ton per month.
　　4. Hai La Er Silicon Mining Factory, located in Inner Mongolia, been set up 12 sets of 6300KVA melting furnaces with production capability of 4000 ton per month.
　　5. Hua Pin Silicon Mining Factory, located in YunNan province, been set up 6 sets of 6300KVA melting furnaces with production capability of 2000 ton per month.
The following projects are under construction.
　　　1. Kinglia Maerkang Silicon Mining Factory, located in Maerkang, will set up 1 set of 6300KVA melting furnaces. The electricity provide by water power station.
　　　2. Kinglia Yanjing Silicon Mining Factory, located in Yanjing, will set up 1 set of 6300KVA melting furnaces. The electricity provide by water power station.
　　　3. Jinchuan water power station.

They are respectively engaged in R&D and distribution of communication optical cables, electric cables and supplementary facilities as well as electric cables (OPGW and ADSS) and system integration business; R&D and manufacture of software and hardware equipments based on broadband network and fiber optical cable, project engineering of two-way broadband comprehensive information network and digital video frequency transmission network, as well as the system integration of communication network; R&D, design and manufacture of 40.5KV and below high and low voltage switch cabinets and related products.
